Mission Statement

Men Against Violence (MAV) oppose sexual violence and domestic abuse in all of its
manifestations. MAV is a group of male students, faculty, staff, and community
members that seeks to stop violence directed toward women. To accomplish this,
MAV specifically asks men to join together to demonstrate a model of masculinity that
helps and heals, not harms and hurts.
