If you are planning to attend Penn State, you will find that University Health Services (UHS) is an important part of your initial contacts with the University. As part of your pre-matriculation requirements, you will need to comply with immunization requirements. Immunization and health history information is recorded online through a secure site. New students will receive a letter with instructions on accessing this site near the start of their first semester.
