UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND ASSESSMENT
University Health Services staff members strive to integrate quality improvement activities across departments.
Multi-disciplinary, interdepartmental groups continually address a variety of issues that will help improve the
quality and timely delivery of services. Time studies are performed on an ongoing basis in clinical services
areas and the pharmacy. Customer satisfaction surveys are conducted regularly to obtain customer feedback
about the quality of services offered.
