Listed below is a selection of online mental health resources. Please remember that web resources should not be considered a replacement for in-person psychological consultation.

Online Mental Health Screenings:

Take any of the following screening tests. Each screening will take between 4 to 5 minutes to complete and you will receive an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician or healthcare provider for further evaluation. The online screening is completely confidential - no identifying information will be collected.

ULifeline:

Resource for mental health information on a wide variety of issues (including suicide) and resources including "Go Ask Alice!", libraries for mental health and drug information, and numerous mental health screenings.

Virtual Pamphlet Collection:

An extensive collection of informational "pamphlets" on issues ranging from anxiety and depression to sleep and sexual orientation.
