Multicultural Internship Program

The Multicultural Internship Program helps provide employers with qualified, motivated individuals eager to learn and apply their skills in an internship setting. The program is marketed to our students from under-represented groups in order to help employers diversify their workplace. How it works:

  1. Employers interested in interns need to register with Nittany Lion Recruiting
  2. Once registered, employers can submit postings for internships
  3. To create the internship posting with the Multicultural Internship Program:               -Click on Add New                                                                                 -Select "Yes" under Multicultural Internship Program                                        -PLEASE NOTE: By selecting "Yes" this posting will only be viewable by MIP participants. If you wish to post this for other students, go to "Copy Existing" after completing this posting and select "No" for MIP on the second posting
  4. Students interested in the internship posting will submit their resumes to you through Nittany Lion Recruiting

*Steppin' Up-Multicultural Career Planning Conference will be Feb. 17th                 (contact the MIP Coordinator to find out how to participate!)
