Audio Visual Lending Policy

As a service to students (for in-class presentations and educational programs), faculty, and staff, the Center for Women Students will make short-term loans of videos in our collection. You may borrow these films with the understanding that you are responsible for any loss or damage. The video must be returned as soon as possible after its use (see below).

Failure to comply with this audio visual lending policy will result in loss of lending privileges.

For a morning program: video must be returned by 5:00 p.m. the same day
For an afternoon, evening, or preview: video must be returned by 8:30 a.m. the next day

Note: The individual lending audio-visual materials assumes full responsibility for usage and return of these materials. Replacement expenses vary according to the purchase price, and may be as high as $450.00.
