LeaderShape® is an interactive, energizing, unique six day retreat where you will focus
on the fact that You Can Make A Difference!

At The LeaderShape® Institute, participants will leave with a developed vision for his/ her organization and an action plan designed to assist each student in effectively implementing
his/her project. Penn State offers a campus-based session of this nationally recognized program.

Penn State's LeaderShape® participants will stay at The Hartman Center in Milroy, PA for six days and five nights where they will learn to:

Appreciate everyone's potential
Incorporate ethics and personal values in decision making processes
Build Community
Create and implement a long-term vision.

The Penn State LeaderShape® 2008 institute will be held
from May 11th -16th, 2008

LeaderShape provided the opportunity for me to strengthen my ties to the Penn State community. It allowed me to gain a deeper understanding for the qualities a true leader must encompass and additionally better define my personal leadership style.
