Dr. Roy W. Baker is originally from Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of the Pi Kappa Phi National Fraternity where he has served as Regional Governor for the Empire Region in New York and Chapter Advisor for the Psi Chapter at Cornell University, Epsilon Psi at Slippery Rock University, and Epsilon Upsilon at Georgia College and State University. He is also actively involved in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella where he serves as a judge for the annual international competition. Dr. Baker has been involved in fraternity and sorority affairs during the past 25 years, served as Dean of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at Bucknell University and Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at Syracuse University, and has been nationally recognized for his programs and initiatives. He earned a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia, a Master of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia's College at Wise.
