Fees for Discipline Checks

As of August 1, 2005, the Office of Judicial Affairs now charges $20.00 for a discipline check. Discipline checks are generally requested for grad school or future employers. Each additional check done for that student will cost $5.00. Checks or money orders are acceptable forms of payments. Payment is expected when request is made and checks/money orders should be made out to Judicial Affairs. If you have questions, please call our office at: (814) 863-0342 and speak with Rose Ennis.
