The Center for Student Activities and Programming (CSA&P) provides and facilitates purposeful campus-wide programming at the University Park campus by serving as the administrative umbrella for student activities and programming. Through the development and implementation of a comprehensive student-centered programming model, the Center engages students outside of the classroom by carrying out the following primary functions: offering professional and peer advice and specialized programming guidance; managing the Program Registration process; and assisting in initiating partnerships/collaborations to enhance cocurricular experiences. Currently housed within the Center are the the Student Programming Association (SPA), LateNight, and the Center for Arts & Crafts. Other essential program planning resources located near the Center include: the University Park Allocations Committee (UPAC) that allocates the student activity fee to individual students and student groups for programs, events, and travel; and the office of the Commonwealth Campus Liaison, who provides contract and risk management advisement for the Division of Student Affairs.
