Welcome to University Health Services (UHS), your campus resource for a variety of services that may benefit you as a current or retired member of the Penn State faculty or staff.

UHS can help you in the following ways:

 
  • The UHS Pharmacy is the provider for the Maintenance Drug Prescription Plan (MPDP)
        for both current and retired employees. [more information]
  • The University Ambulance Service provides emergency ambulance service to employees,
        students, and visitors who experience a life-threatening emergency while on campus.

  • The UHS Travel and Immunization Clinic provides information, immunizations, and
        consultation to international travelers, and is open to faculty, staff, and spouses, as well
        as to students. [more information]
  • The UHS clinical and administrative staff is also available to consult with you as a
        resource for health information and expertise about specific student health and

  • The UHS Emergency Medical Services Department advises faculty, staff, and student
        groups on how to follow the University Guidelines for Special Events.(email us or visit the

  • Occupational Health, which was part of UHS for many years, is now affiliated with the
    Penn State Office of Human Resources and is located at the Medical Arts Building at 1850 East Park Avenue, Suite 310.
