EATING ATTITUDES TEST (EAT-26)

You are about to take the EAT-26, a screening test designed to assess concerns and attitudes common in people with eating disorders. The purpose of the test is not to diagnose an eating disorder. Diagnosis can only be done with a formal psychological evaluation conducted by a qualified professional. You should use the EAT-26 as an educational tool. The results you receive will indicate if you have symptoms that warrant further evaluation.

Information gathered by completing the EAT-26 is anonymous. Only you will see the results.

If you have any questions about the instrument, call Health Promotion and Wellness at (814) 863-0461.
