HAZEN LIBRARY OF HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION
If you need health information for a report or for personal reasons, the Hazen Library Health Promotion and
Education is an excellent resource. Located in Room 20 in the basement of Ritenour Building, the Hazen Library
is an affiliate of Pattee Library.
Hazen Library offers health and cultural-related information on
a wide range of topics pertinent to college students, including
nutrition, eating disorders, fitness, alcohol, tobacco and other
drugs, and sexual health. Resources include books, brochures, videos,
and audio selections. You can either research the information in
the Library or you may borrow the materials. Health information
that has been translated into several other languages is also available.
Peer educators (other students who have received special health training through the HealthWorks program) are
available to help you find what you need.
For more information about hours of service and other health resources, call the Office of Health Promotion and
Education at 863-0461. You may also contact them by e-mail.
